Optimization and Code

Today we dived into the code provided from previous research in Matlab. We began running the code to become familiar with it, but we met a pitfall in proper input value. More investigation will be needed. Also, we connected to the server to use the CUDA cards / computing power to help our programs run faster. Again, more to investigate in the following days.
