Wk 4 Day 4

Our ML algorithm that attempts to guess a link signature between two nodes needs to be improved. We streamlined the research into discovering what spatial correlation of the given data adds to accuracy in the algorithm. Things to be considered include the angle of an "attacking" node between a (T,R) pair, the distance from one node to the next, and link signature similarities of nodes.
